Each semester at school I get a U-Pass this covers my gym membership. I lost my gym card. I’ve torn apart my house including moving furniture looking for my card. Now I need to pay $5 to replace the card. Err, I’m so mad at myself. I hate paying extra for something I’ve already paid for.
I hate paying twice for anything.
It’s annoying to misplace something.
Despite knowing the earlier statements it still happens, but, sometimes you can’t find your pattern. Imagine that you’ve cut your fabric and started sewing when you lose you pattern. Banging your head against the wall will not bring your pattern back or the memory of the dumb place you saw it last.
How can I solve this problem for my customers? When you buy my digital patterns you can simply send me a short email and I will reply with your replacement pattern. It’s generous but my policy states that if you misplace the pattern, your computer crashes, it’s gone forever, don’t worry. I’ll personally replace it so that you can get quilting again.
Additionally, you are automatically grandfathered into any updates and additions made to future releases of the pattern you bought.
